Tomas Rosicky is confident Arsenal can jump over rivals Tottenham and Chelsea in the final few games and clinch a top-four spot.
The Gunners boosted their Champions League prospects with a hard-fought 2-1 victory at West Brom on Saturday but Chelsea’s home win over Sunderland means Arsene Wenger’s men sit just outside of the top four, two points behind the Blues and Tottenham.
However Rosicky says everyone is focused on the job in hand and is confident Arsenal can overhaul their London rivals between now and the end of the season.
“Sometimes it’s not easy when you see and hear what is going on around,” Rosicky revealed. “Everyday you have to be prepared 100 per cent to come to training and fight for your club.
“That’s what you’ve got to do. It’s important to just concentrate on ourselves and what we’re producing. And if we continue like this, I am confident we will be there.
“It always gives your confidence a big lift when you win in Munich, and when you have such a difficult games like this, where in the last 20 minutes we’ve got our backs against the wall.”
